Kountze Commons Community Outreach Center is happy to welcome Jill Conway as its new Executive Director. Jill was a civil litigation attorney for 16 years. She entered the nonprofit sector to make a greater community impact. Before joining KCCOC, she was the Assistant Executive Director/Associate Director for Ollie Webb Center, Inc.. She is excited to join KCCOC to continue and advance the mission of feeding the hungry, healing the sick, and tending to the soul.
She earned a Bachelor in Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law with distinction. She was an AV Preeminent Peer Rated Attorney for High Level of Professional Excellence through Martindale-Hubbell. She has taught as an adjunct professor for both UNO and Metro Community College.
Jill is an active volunteer in her local school community club and has served on school district committees. She is a troop coleader for the Girl Scouts. She is a cohost for the JDRF Gala, and has chaired or assisted in other local fundraisers, as well as volunteered for educational legal events.
She is an Omaha native. She is married with three daughters. In her free time, Jill likes to travel and garden, as well as cook and bake for her family.
