is currently in the last phase of its Capital Campaign!
A key component of our vision is maximizing efficiency and effective use of resources by using volunteers, sharing resources, and collaborating with community partners in a community effort to serve the whole person.
This community effort means that Kountze Commons’ partnerships are integral to sustainability of the project.
